Job Summary :
Responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, understanding business objectives, and providing tailored solutions. The role includes updating information, gathering feedback, and assessing satisfaction. The Key Account Executive coordinates across departments, identifies new business opportunities, manages the sales process from contact to contract, and ensures advertising aligns with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Understand clients' business objectives and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Update information, gather feedback, and assess client satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate effectively within and outside of departments.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the industry and market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive the sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
- Coordinate advertising activities to ensure compliance with client requirements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Management, Marketing, or related fields (Masters degree is a plus).
- At least 2 years of experience in key account management.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Chinese and English.
- Ability to understand and present products confidently.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
