Job Summary :

Responsible for the immediate reversal of accounts receivable, tracking overdue accounts, and preparing account aging analysis reports. Manage the calculation of advertising revenue for the AI schedule. Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates. Collaborate with accountants and the parent company to support internal and external audits. Assist with various tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.



Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the immediate reversal of accounts receivable, overdue accounts tracking, and account aging analysis reports.
• Manage the calculation of advertising revenue for the AI schedule.
• Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Collaborate with accountants and the parent company to support internal and external audits.
• Assist in various tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications :

• Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
• Experience: Prior experience in an advertising agency or advertising industry is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting software, CRM systems, and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Education: Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
