Job Summary :

The role involves visiting condominiums and office buildings in the Bangkok area or other designated locations to present project proposals for installing advertising screens in elevators. The candidate will negotiate with Building Managers or Landlords to close deals and collaborate. Responsibilities also include preparing progress reports, staying updated on industry trends, and ensuring tasks are completed successfully and on time.



Key Responsibilities :

• Visit condominium buildings and office spaces within the Bangkok metropolitan area or other locations as assigned by the company.
• Plan and present project proposals to Property Management for approval to install advertising screens in building elevators.
• Negotiate with Building Managers or Landlords to close deals in line with company targets.
• Prepare progress reports for supervisors.
• Stay updated on industry developments and trends, including advertising, online and offline media, OOH (Out-of-Home) media, and relevant regulations.
• Monitor and ensure the successful completion of tasks to 100%.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in business development or sales.
• Male, aged 35 years or below.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Good appearance and interpersonal skills.
• Own a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license, with the ability to travel to project sites.
