Job Summary :
This position requires supporting Thai-to-Chinese translation, managing schedules, and organizing meetings. Responsibilities include maintaining document order, analyzing data, preparing reports for decision-making, and coordinating with internal and external teams. The position also includes arranging meetings, providing technical support, and liaising with the headquarters in China, along with other assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Thai-to-Chinese translation support, including scheduling and managing various meetings.
- Organize and maintain documents in an orderly manner.
- Collect and analyze data, preparing reports to assist the manager in decision-making.
- Coordinate and communicate efficiently with all departments within the organization.
- Manage meetings, including arranging meeting rooms, preparing documents, and providing technical support.
- Coordinate with the headquarters team in China.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Male/Female, aged 22-35 years, with a Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) at a good level (Candidates who graduated from universities in China or have work/internship experience in China will be prioritized).
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collaborate and work well within teams and across departments.
